Extended notice of elevator out-of-order

Why is the elevator out of order?

Elevator #1 will be out of service to complete equipment upgrades to the doors to increase safety and reliability.


How does this impact occupants?

We apologize for any inconvenience this shutdown may have caused and will provide update shortly.


What is being done?

Based on recent equipment failure, we are performing major repairs on the elevator. We anticipate the work will be completed and the elevator will be back October 23, 2025.
