Why is the elevator out of order?

Power supply to be removed and repaired, tech on site June 9. Drive removed and sent out to be repaired. Waiting for ETA from repair shop.


How does this impact occupants?

The only parking elevator is out of service. We sincerely apologize for the challenges this has caused and will work to have this car back in service as soon as possible.


What is being done?

We are performing repair work on the elevator. We anticipate that the work will be completed, and the elevator will be back in working order on June 19, 2026.
