Why is the elevator out of order?

Requires rope gripper pads May 26 to be replaced, then brake adjustments to follow, May 27 -28. Technician to return with Parts to continue working on. Technician onsite Jun 1


How does this impact occupants?

Use elevator #2 during this time.


What is being done?

We are performing repair work on the elevator. We anticipate that the work will be completed, and the elevator will be back in working order June 1, 2026.
