Why is the elevator out of order?

Water/flood in pit


How does this impact occupants?

The only elevator in the building is out of service due to flooding. We sincerely apologize for the challenges this has caused and will work to have this car back in service as soon as possible.


What is being done?

We are performing major repairs on the elevator. We anticipate the work will be completed and the elevator will be back in working order on March 13, 2026.
