Why is the elevator out of order?

Oil leak, tech to investigate. Motor is at the repair shop. Renown has confirmed that the motor is being rewound, the pump is obsolete and we are trying to source an equivalent/upgraded one. Once confirmed, a quote will follow


How does this impact occupants?

Use elevator #2 during this time.


What is being done?

We are performing repair work on the elevator. We anticipate that the work will be completed, and the elevator will be back in working order July 3, 2026.
