Why is the elevator out of order?

Oil leak, tech to investigate. Motor to be pulled by major repairs team June 3 and parts to go to repair shop. Motor is at the repair shop.


How does this impact occupants?

Use elevator #2 during this time.


What is being done?

We are performing repair work on the elevator. We anticipate that the work will be completed, and the elevator will be back in working order June 10, 2026.
