What is being done and why?

Ontario’s Technical Standards and Safety Authority (TSSA) requires all elevating devices to be tested annually to ensure passenger safety.
Only one elevator will be tested at a time.
This test typically takes eight hours to complete and will take place between 7 AM and 3 PM each day, one elevator at a time.
If additional maintenance or repairs are required after the test, a separate service alert will be issued.


How will it impact building occupants?

During the service period, the elevator(s) will be out of order. Thank you for your patience as we conduct this critical work.
