Why is the elevator out of order?

Rope gripper to be replaced; parts on order ETA approx. 5 weeks


How does this impact occupants?

Use other elevators 4, 5, 6, 7 or 9 during this time. Passenger Elevator in the College St Entrance (Floor 1, Room 1241E, 1243E, 1245E, 1102E, 1100E). Serves Floor 1 to Floor 8. If out of service, use stairs 1270S, or adjacent available passenger elevators (3 cars in total).


What is being done?

We are performing repair work on the elevator. We anticipate that the work will be completed, and the elevator will be back in working order on December 19, 2025.
