Why is the elevator out of order?
There was a flood on the roof, that came down into the elevator and on the electrical controls, the elevator had to be taken out of service.
How does this impact occupants?
During the service period, the elevator will be out of order. Thank you for your patience as we conduct this critical work.
What is being done?
We are performing repair work on the elevator. We anticipate that the work will be completed, and the elevator will be back in working order in two weeks.
