Notice of elevator annual testing

Service period:	Monday, Apr. 27, 2026 and Wednesday, May 13, 2026 7 AM–3 PM


What is being done and why?

Ontario’s Technical Standards and Safety Authority (TSSA) requires all elevating devices to be tested annually to ensure passenger safety.
Only one elevator will be tested at a time.
This test typically takes eight hours to complete and will take place between 7 AM and 3 PM April 27 and May 13, 2026.
If additional maintenance or repairs are required after the test, a separate service alert will be issued.


How will it impact building occupants?

During the service period, the elevator(s) will be out of order. Thank you for your patience as we conduct this critical work.
