Why is the elevator out of order?

Team on site April 15, further parts being sourced (transformer).


How does this impact occupants?

Passengers may use Car 10 in the Library to access the Ground, Mezzanine, 2nd, and 3rd floors, while access to the Concourse requires using Passenger Cars 1 or 2 in the Main Lobby.


What is being done?

We are performing repair work on the elevator. We anticipate that the work will be completed, and the elevator will be back in working order on May 21, 2026.
