Why is the elevator out of order?

Hoist ropes to be replaced; ropes ordered March 25


How does this impact occupants?

The only elevator in the building is out of service. We sincerely apologize for the challenges this has caused and will work to have this car back in service as soon as possible.


What is being done?

We are performing repair work on the elevator. We anticipate that the work will be completed, and the elevator will be back in working order on April 17, 2026.
